Special Education - General Curriculum Itinerant Teacher / Works with students in schools and/or homebound situations to provide special education services to children in accordance to the child's IEP goals. 

 

Special Education Itinerant Teacher (SEIT)

• Provides special education services to children as identified on their IEP's.
• Keeps appropriate documents and maintains confidentiality of child's records.
• Completes and maintains session notes and progress reports as required.
• Coordinates and collaborates with other therapists, teachers and parents on intervention strategies as needed.
• Attends in-service training for professional development.
• Collaborates with supervisors about child's progress and issues.
